About the factory
Who we are
Champs Land for Readymade Garments and Textiles is a full-service sportswear factory in the Mekka Industrial Zone, Abu Rawash, Cairo. Founded in 2021, we design, develop, print, stitch, inspect and export teamwear for clubs, academies, schools, federations and brands — with every order tracked end to end on our own digital production system.
The floor runs three production lines, including an RFID-tracked hanger line — a second RFID line is being installed for autumn 2026. Behind them sit 52 sewing machines (flatseam and automatic among them), laser cutting, three digital sublimation printers, five heat presses and in-line fabric inspection. A team of 70+ turns out up to 30,000 pieces a month.
We work hand in hand with our sister factory SoccerTex, established 2014 — together the two sites double capacity when a programme needs it. Our kit ships to customers in the USA, the UK, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

From design to delivery
Design & development
Send a design, a tech pack or just an idea — our development team builds the style, sources the fabrics and prepares the print files.
Sampling
An approval sample in 10–14 days, with a measurement report against the size chart before production begins.
Production
Laser cutting, digital sublimation and stitching on dedicated lines — with RFID hanger tracking, so we know where every piece is at any moment.
Quality control
AQL-based inline and final inspection, recorded digitally at every stage gate — with needle control and metal-free discipline across the floor.
Packing & export
Bagged and boxed to your spec — per-player packing available — with export documentation handled and shipping arranged worldwide from Cairo.
